Trans-Pacific Media attends and maintains offices at the 3 major film markets; AFM, Cannes and MIFED. In addition we attend various festivals throughout the year including: Sundance, Toronto, Telluride, Seattle etc.

In the weeks leading up to, and during a market, Trans-Pacific Media provides the following services.

Pre-market availability report for your territory We contact over 200 sales companies and other sources prior to each market and provide our clients with a report detailing all of the titles available for their territory. The report includes; the sales company, the cast, director, budget, genre, a short synopsis and the asking price and screening information for each available title. This report can be provided in hard copy, on disk, by email, and can also be beamed directly to a Palm Pilot for convenient reference during the market.

Assistance with markets: scheduling appointments, registration, screening schedules We can set our client's entire schedule or just take care of a specific meeting that you need assistance with. In addition we can attend select meetings as needed during the market

Pre-market Strategic Planning Session We sit down one-on-one with each client the day before each market to strategize and target the films and companies that are of primary importance, and provide updates on last-minute announcements.

Use of our office/facilities and staff during film market Conduct meetings, check e-mail, send and receive faxes, or just regroup, we have a comfortable, conveniently located office at all of the major markets

Updates During Markets We provide an mail box in our market office for each client, where we give our clients daily updates on newly announced films, changes on the status of previously announced films, pricing and any requested follow-up information.
